About the Boot Camp
This boot camp is a guaranteed game changer! You will grow as a tennis player by strengthening all aspects of your game: the mental, physical, and emotional.
We’ll work on swing fundamentals, footwork, reflexes, and cardio strengthening drills. These will be complemented by confidence-boosting tools for eliminating negative thought patterns. Learn powerful techniques to slow your heart rate during critical turning points, achieving an optimal body/mind balance when you need it most. You’ll walk away from Boot Camp with a new confidence and a sharply honed knowledge of what you need to do to reach your full potential.
Boot Camp training includes:
